Paul Mikhail is a California native who has been immersed in the world of architecture, design, and real estate his entire life. He grew up in Hollywood California after his parents immigrated to the United States, where they started a successful real estate and development business. Paul, a lover of the beach and the sea, has traveled to the most exotic locations, like Fiji, Western Samoa, Tahiti, Hawaii, Spain, Portugal, Egypt, Costa Rica, Brazil and Cuba to name a few. Throughout the course of these travels, he encountered many different cultural styles, methods of construction, designs and color palettes. These vast experiences gave him a unique perspective that helps enrich his clients’ design goals.

Holding a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance & Accounting and a minor in Interior Design, obtained from Woodbury University class of 1996, Paul uses his skills, knowledge and his licenses in both mortgage and real estate to assist his clients in finding their affordable and perfect haven. His knowledge of Interior Design is the forefront of his family’s business, which is the development and rehabilitation of commercial and residential properties.

Paul’s knowledge of the entire spectrum of the Real Estate world has given his clients the ability to work with him exclusively on all the phases of real estate process. This includes the purchase or sale of property, the mortgage approval process and all the stages of designing and remodeling. That being said, Paul has dedicated himself to creating spaces that reflect the personality and preferences of his clients, turning their spaces into peaceful sanctuaries. Paul and his team are very proud of the quality and workmanship that they put into every project.
